Darren Nichols

Managing Director

Darren joined the Hearst Health network of companies in 1999, becoming Managing Director of Commercial Operations of Hearst Health International in 2013. Darren is driven by delivering first class clinical data and decision support solutions to improve clinical and financial outcomes. He is focussed on customer engagement, business development and partnership strategy.

Gajan Srikanthan

Head of Clinical Strategy

Gajan joined the Hearst Health network of companies in 2009, becoming Head of Clinical Strategy for Hearst Health International in 2015, responsible for ensuring clinical strategy is at the heart of our product roadmap and company direction. Gaj is passionate about gaining deep insight into the clinical workflow, creating decision support solutions which empower clinicians and drive transformational change.

Oliver Clift

Head of Customer Support & Delivery

Oliver has been part of Hearst Health International since 2015 as Head of Account Management, Delivery & Implementation and is responsible for overseeing all client relationship, implementation, training, and support needs. Oliver promotes a partnership approach with customers, enabling them to achieve the full potential and benefit of our solutions.

Mehmood Syed

Middle East Clinical Director

Dr Mehmood Syed joined Hearst Health in 2013 as Clinical Director for the Middle East region. He is a UK-trained Consultant in Family Medicine and alumnus of both King’s College London and Imperial College London. He works with healthcare regulators, payors and providers to optimise patient health outcomes through the application of evidence-based medicine to clinical practice. 

Simon Radcliffe

Head of Commercial Management

Simon joined the Hearst Health network of companies in 2012, becoming Head of  Commercial Management of Hearst Health International in 2015. Simon is driven by delivering clinical, financial, and operational value from our solutions across our customer base. He is focussed on working in partnership with customers to deliver solutions that meet their strategic objectives.

Phil Verplancke

Head of Product Management

Phil joined the Hearst Health network of companies in 2008, becoming Head of Product Management in 2017. Phil is responsible for maintaining the health and vitality of Hearst Health International’s Clinical Decision Support portfolio and is passionate about the creation and delivery of clinical solutions that not only solve real-world problems, but maximise value to all users in doing so.

Corrina Ralph

Head of Finance

Corrina joined the Hearst Health network of companies in 2008, becoming Head of Finance for Hearst Health International in late 2015. Corrina provides leadership to the finance, legal and human resource teams delivering financial analysis, strategies, and recommendations to optimise the company’s fiscal performance. She is committed to inspiring a respectful company culture in our dealings with customers, co-workers and partners.

Andrew Madden

Head of Channel Partnerships

Andrew joined Hearst Health International in 2017 as the Head of Channel Partnerships. Andrew is dedicated to fostering relationships with our IT integration partners across our portfolio of market-leading care guidance solutions in both the UK and Internationally. He has a history of successfully managing IT relationships in the healthcare sector and is focused on developing and managing our strategic business partnerships.

Gavin Henderson

Head of Technical Programmes and Business Systems

Gavin joined the Hearst Health network of companies in 2017 as Head of Technical Programmes and Business Systems. He is responsible for ensuring that ITS deliver to the product roadmap and company strategy. Gavin is passionate about the opportunity of using technology for operational improvements and is committed to providing a work environment that enables teams to deliver.
